Mea Culpa.
Every time someone walks with an iPod attached to their ears, I notice.
Every time I see an Apple logo lit up in a movie or TV series, I mention it.
Every time someone starts talking about Windows problems, I pimp it.
Every time I see someone I know who hasn't yet seen my new Mac, I show it.
I am sick, I admit it. I have become my own worst nightmare: an evangelist.
I can't help it though, the Powerbooks combined with MacOSX are just so good!
I am not happy that I've become an annoying evangelist,
but at least I am evangelising a good product. My favourite reactions to my 'pimping' so far have been:
"Oh, it's a computer for people." matter-of-factly spoken by a colleague after showing the usability features of the Powerbook 17";
"Hey, it's actually a real computer!" after showing another colleague the UT2004 and XIII game demos.
Mea Culpa.
